All judges, court clerks, police and politicians swear under oath that they will always abide by the Constitution of the United States of America.

    It is the Constitution that gives us the right to publish this website and to protect the interests of our fellow mankind, now and for the future.

    We are calling on all judges, lawyers, court clerks, potential jurors, self-litigants and courtroom audiences to help assure that everyone is afforded their God-given right to equal access and to equal-minded decisions.

    The publically visible participation of all fair-minded judges is critical.  When those involved see that judges take this crusade seriously, others will follow~~ indeed, we all benefit!

    Our mission will be achieved in several ways. Among them are the following:

•  Compiling facts relative to court procedures and proceedings.

•  Relaying the factual information to the respective supervisors, in some cases, through this website and our leadership.

•  Providing guidance to those that are compelled to represent themselves in court, resulting in a decreased workload for the court staff and a more streamlined process for the judges and their law clerks.

•  Assisting only those litigants that demonstrate their unmistakable respect for our laws.
